Description:
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Urban fragmentation in Buenos Aires necessitates a strategic framework that structures emptiness and connects enclaves through social mobility. This project explores the Social Condenser as a mechanism to integrate private spaces with communal programs along the frame, creating an architecture that enables interaction rather than enforcing separation. The rigid apartment layout becomes a stage for transformation, where shared areas define "spaces of memory". Everyday patterns inform a design that encourages participation and exchange. This redefinition of in-between spaces establishes a collective responsibility and a connected living environment where "what is mine is also yours".
